Question 1

How long do the nails last?

Accepted Answer

With proper prep and quality nail glue, a set typically wears for 1 to 3 weeks. Application matters most — clean, dry nails and a thin layer of glue go a long way.

Question 2

Are the sets reusable?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Removed gently (with a warm-water soak — never pulled off), most sets can be worn 2 to 3 times.

Question 3

How do I find my size?

Accepted Answer

Tap "Size guide" next to the size options on any set, or see our Sizing Guide for an at-home measuring walkthrough and the full width chart.

Question 4

How long does shipping take?

Accepted Answer

Orders ship within 3–5 business days. Most U.S. customers receive their set within 5–8 business days of ordering, depending on location.

Question 5

Do you ship nationwide?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we ship across the United States. Currently we do not ship internationally.

Question 6

Do you take custom orders?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. DM us on Instagram (@maisondesaide) with your vision, your size, and your timeline and we'll quote you.

Question 7

What's included in a set?

Accepted Answer

Each set comes with all 10 finished nails, plus a prep file and adhesive tabs. Nail glue is sold separately so you can choose your preferred brand.

Question 8

Who makes the sets?

Accepted Answer

Our small studio makes every set one at a time — never in a factory.

Question 9

Can I return a set?

Accepted Answer

For hygiene reasons, press-on nail sets are final sale. If something is wrong with your order, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

Good questions, honest answers.
